Friday Cemetery Blogging

I always thought their last name was Charming...

Oddly enough, she was buried right next to her coat.

~applaudes~ So good! Can you imagine being named Cinderella? And Edward is such a fine Prince name. Then for the last name to be Smith. Sort of flat. OR! Maybe they just got tired of all of the publicity and then changed it!

I once did a funeral for an indigent old man, whose niece is a member of my church. He was being buried by the city in a styrofoam coffin, the modern day pauper's funeral. When we gathered for the service, my parishioner introduced me to his sister, saying, "Rev. Songbird, I'd like you to meet Aunt Princess."
Cinderella Smith. I love it.

One of our childhood dogs was named Cinderella. We called her Cinders. I wonder what Cinderella Smith's nickname was?

Pooooooor Rach! What do you mean there are no pictures of YOU! Why don't you blog about how our parents only took one picture of me as a child while the old shoe boxes are full of little bitty Spookies running around. And furthermore, I had to steal that one picture just to preserve it.
Sincerely,
"bitter little brother"

When I was in elementary school, we lived next door to a couple named Veazey. I can't remember the husband's first name, but her name was Love. I think my dad felt awkward addressing her. I imagine that she had to enunciate carefully whenever she introduced herself.

Oh Cinderell Smith is SO an alias! She must have died while in the FBI witness protection program.
