This reminds me of my two sons. We lived miles from town in the woods of Vermont and they would play football, just the tw of them out on the front lawn. One would hike the ball to the other and then the quarterback would wait until the other got far enough away and throw a touchdown pass and then they would celebrate. Oh, a child's imagination is something to be jealous of.
I would like to say that leapfrog and football were the first two things that come to mind. But I would be lying. As it is, my mind is lying in the gutter.
Care to tell us in what town you found this, er, memorial?
I don't think I want to know.
ReplyDeleteWords escape me at the moment...
ReplyDeleteYep.
ReplyDeleteThere is so much that could be said, but probabaly shouldn't be said...
This is football. A Center and the Quarterback. I'm just wondering where are the receivers?
ReplyDeleteI choose to believe they are playing leap frog and the "L" stands for love...or leap.
ReplyDeletePyzahn....
ReplyDelete.....or "Lost" as in lost the frog and are lookin' for it.
That would be better than the alternatives.
kids... the puppy is gone.
ReplyDeleteOh lord - y'all always crack me up. All of you. But that puppy comment? That is a special kind of funny. I'm still laughing...
ReplyDeleteYou don't have to say anything, it's just funny.

ReplyDeleteOh, my.
ReplyDeleteI'm with Pyzahn, I think it's "L for leapfrog" also!
ReplyDeleteSome things are just better left unsaid...or unasked. :-)

Oh Lord...the first thing I thought when I saw this, was, "what the hell?" But, then I read that you told us not to ask. Well, for pitiful sake...
